Sculpt Fitness is proud to have Donna Bush as our head yoga instructor. From simple to complex poses, she teaches you how to master each pose from any level, whether you are a beginner or experienced. Yoga is a total mind and body workout concentrating on breathing, deep stretching of all muscle groups, and decreasing stress levels. We focus on increasing flexibility, building upper body and core strength, improving balance, as well as enhancing and developing the mind-body connection for stress-relief, and meditative benefits.
