Personal & Small Group Personal Training
Sculpt Fitness, LLC. is the Northshore's premiere personal training studio. Our trainers specialize in women's fitness, transformation and weight-loss. We take a vested interest in our clients, paying attention to not only ensuring you perform each exercise to perfection while you're with us, but also to what you do when you're away from us with your diet and activity. Our personal trainers will not only improve the way you look, but will also build your self-esteem, lower stress and anxiety, as well as depression, all while vastly improving your body image.
Group Personal Training
Our TBT-180 sessions are personal training in a small group setting. There are three different types of classes, 45 minutes each, that are broken down into upper, lower, and total-body workouts. The Upper focuses on toning and sculpting all of the muscles above the waist-line. The Lower focuses on all of the muscles of the thigh and leg, especially concentrating on lifting and shaping the glut’s, as well as getting rid of stubborn cellulite on the thighs. The Total-body workout is all about burning fat, sculpting and chiseling your entire core, and abdomen using a specific type of regimen called H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) which burns the most fat possible, in the least amount of time.

Ronald TremblayGeneral Manager Sculpt Fitness LLC
Ron is a personal/group fitness trainer with a certification from AFAA (American Fitness and Aerobics Association) and also holds a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from William Carey University. He is a former high school and collegiate athlete whose foundation in fitness training is centered around 3 core principles: nutrition, strength training, and cardio. His 12 Week Transformation Challenge has consistently proven that “amazing things happen when the human body is introduced to proper nutrition and exercise”! This approach “revs up” client’s metabolism, increases energy, improves balance/flexibility, builds lean muscle and sheds pounds improving their quality of life!
As the owner of Sculpt Fitness, it has been my goal to offer an atmosphere that is inviting, comfortable, challenging and fun. My trainers and instructors are professionals that deliver exceptional attention and individual instruction to everyone that comes through our door. Donna BushRegistered Yoga Teacher
Donna Bush is a Yoga Alliance 500hr-RYT (registered yoga teacher) with certification through Yoga School of Covington and is currently enrolled in the College of Yoga Therapy, pursuing 1000 hour certification in Yoga Therapy. She began teaching in 2010 and credits yoga in helping her survive the stress with losing her mother to illness.
Felicia FlakePersonal Trainer
Felicia Flake is an Army veteran who specializes in personal training and exciting group fitness classes. With her former military training and vast experience in fitness, she’s able to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to athlete. She will inspire and motivate you to be your best and keep you dedicated to your health. Additionally, we are proud to have her as our own America Ninja Warrior!
