A total mind and body workout concentrating on breathing, deep stretching of all muscle groups, and decreasing stress levels. We focus on increasing flexibility, building upper body and core strength, improving balance, as well as enhancing and developing the mind-body connection for stress-relief, and meditative benefits.
A workout unlike any other given under the direct instruction of our personal trainer. We offer a suspension-style workout, originally developed by a navy seal to stay fit on missions when traditional weights weren't available. We combine the unique suspension-resistance (spider-man like exercises), combined with aerobic intervals interspersed throughout this 45-minute inimitable body-sculpting workout.
Flab to Fab
It's all about turning your FLAB to FAB! Our instructor Felicia, who goes by "Coach Fab" will put you through an intense workout, combining aerobics and weights into high-intensity intervals to burn as much fat as possible in a short amount of time. It doesn't matter how much you weigh or how in or out-of-shape you are, you will fit right in!
